A.V.H.A. Events Members are invited to the opening of the museum for the 2008 season. Wednesday 14th May 2 for 2.30pm to be opened by Mr Dolph Zubick in the main hall of Seaton Town Hall where there will also be an exhibition entitled 'The Curator's Eye on Events Past and Present'.

WINTER TALKS 2008/9 These talks will take place at the United Reformed Church Hall, Cross Street, Seaton at 7.30p.m. 2008 October 8th: Kate Tobin of the E.D.D.C. Countryside Services will give a talk on the 'Axe Wetlands' November 19th: Derrick Rugg will talk on 'Memories of a Village School 1934-1940' 2009 January 14th: A Talk 'The History of the Colyton Chamber of Feoffees' by Colin Pady February 18th: Pat Perryman will talk on 'The History of Honiton Lace' Members £1 and non-members £1.50 All are welcome * * * *
